Booking & Payments

Check-in & Out
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM to allow for our artisanal cleaning protocol.
Property Access
You’ll receive a physical set of house keys at check-in. Please keep them safe and return them at checkout.
Secure Parking
Private on-site parking is provided for up to two vehicles within the gated villa grounds.
Transportation
We recommend a rental car for exploring Cabo Rojo. Private airport transfers can be arranged upon request.

Is Wi-Fi provided?
Yes, we offer complimentary high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, including the terrace and pool areas, perfect for digital nomads.

Cleaning Frequency
A thorough cleaning is performed before and after every stay. For guests staying longer than a week, mid-stay light housekeeping is available upon request for an additional fee.

Outdoor Spaces & Nearby Beaches
El Castillo Volcy is a tranquil upland retreat and does not have an on-site pool. However, guests can easily enjoy the pristine white sands of Buyé Beach or the legendary sunsets at Combate, both just a short drive away, along with various local eco-attractions.

We provide all basic toiletries, pool towels, kitchen essentials, salt/pepper/oil, and a starter pack of artisan coffee to welcome you to the coast.

General House Rules
El Castillo Volcy is a sanctuary for peace. No parties or large events are permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

We’re happy to welcome pets. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing one, and make sure they’re supervised and respectful of the house and neighbors.
